Exchange Requests:
To request an exchange, simply return the item to our specified warehouse within 30 days of receiving your order. To expedite the exchange process, customers can email us in advance with the desired size and model for the exchange. We will send out the new product within 7 days of receiving the return. Please note that for exchange requests initiated due to personal reasons, customers will be required to pay an additional $9.9 USD for shipping.

Return Requests:
If you receive damaged or incorrect products, please promptly photograph the items and notify us. Please return the products to our designated warehouse. If the damage or error is due to our fault, customers won't be responsible for the shipping cost. However, if the damage results from mishandling by the customer, we cannot provide compensation or accept the return. We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the items. Refunds typically take 7-15 business days to appear in your account, subject to your bank's processing.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
